Do you spend every spare moment working on new jewelry designs, or building inventory? Are friends, coworkers, or even admiring strangers starting to take notice of your work when you wear a new piece? Perhaps you’ve been making beautiful jewelry for a while now, but can’t quite crack the code of going from hobbyist to professional. If any of this sounds familiar, then this is the workshop for you!
If you think you have what it takes to elevate your passion for making jewelry into a side hustle or even a full-time business, here’s your chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs who made that leap themselves.
Most artists focus on the “fun” stuff – their craft – while the step-by-step process of marketing and selling to customers can remain intimidating or overwhelming. Instead of waiting to be discovered or for customers to magically find you, in the Create a Jewelry Business workshop, you’ll gain practical tips and actionable steps to help you de-mystify key business skills, such as pricing, marketing, and selling.
This three-day live online workshop will give you the nuts and bolts of creating your jewelry business.
This workshop will cover:
– Designing your jewelry line
– Sourcing materials, fine jewelry, and metalsmithing
– Developing and pricing your products
– Building your jewelry brand
– Product photography
– Finding and targeting your ideal customers
– Email marketing, social media and selling your jewelry online
