She later quit her job to follow her  dream full time, and launched Tracy Matthews Designs, Inc. Her line was sold in over 350 retail outlets all over the globe including Bloomingdales and Anthropology. She was featured across nationally media and attracted a collection of celebrity fans.

Tracy Matthews is a nationally recognized jewelry designer and business coach. She built her studio, Tracy Matthews Design into an international brand that was carried in hundreds of retailers around the country. In December of 2009, Tracy made the bold decision to close Tracy Matthews Design. She began designing eco-luxury bespoke pieces of jewelry and mentoring other designers. Tracy’s love of mentoring other jewelry designers inspired her to launch Flourish & Thrive University, a nationally recognized online school for Jewelry Designers.
